I used to sell natural cosmetics and fragrances, and provide skincare consultations but my foremost passion has always been writing. This is something I'm not actively persuing, attempting to make it my career, but it's hard work.

To be honest I find time spent listening to music wasted. I have a number of MP3's which I listen to when writing and some albums, but the older I get the less important music seems. As for movies I own quite a few. My favourite film is Charles Laughton's Night of the Hunter, starring Robert Mitchum, which I think was released in 1953
